These Terms of Service govern your use of the GoVito application and www.govitoapp.com website. By using our services, you agree to these terms.
2. Service Description
GoVito is a digital platform that facilitates connections between users and partner transfer/transportation companies. The transfer service itself is provided by partner companies.
3. Account Responsibility
- You are responsible for the security of your account
- Do not share your password with anyone
- Report unauthorized access immediately
- You must be at least 18 years old
- You confirm that the information provided is accurate
4. Booking and Payment
- Bookings are valid only after confirmation
- Payments are securely processed via iyzico
- Prices may vary by time slot and route
- Commission rates are transparently displayed
5. Cancellation and Refunds
- Full refund for cancellations 24+ hours before transfer
- No refund for cancellations within 24 hours
- Full refund if driver does not arrive
- Refunds processed within 7-14 business days
6. User Obligations
- Provide accurate information
- Be ready at specified time
- Treat vehicle and driver with respect
- Comply with applicable laws
- Provide honest service quality reviews
7. Prohibited Conduct
- Creating fake accounts
- Using someone else's identity
- Attempting to harm the system
- Using for illegal purposes
- Harassing drivers or other users
8. Limitation of Liability
GoVito is not the direct provider of transfer services. Liability for service execution belongs to partner companies. GoVito is responsible for platform operations.
9. Intellectual Property
The app, website, logo, content, and designs belong to GoVito. Unauthorized use, copying, or distribution is prohibited.
10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
11. Account Termination
You may terminate your account anytime through the app or by emailing info@govitoapp.com. We may also terminate accounts that violate these terms.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Muğla courts have jurisdiction over disputes.
